27 music students and 8 dancers from schools around NSW come together to work with London Symphony Orchestra animateur Paul Rissman to recreate Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet.
reCREATE
30 students from public schools around NSW compose with members of the world renowned orchestra – the Academy of St Martin in the Fields. We follow the students as composer and workshop leader John Webb facilitates the reimagining of Mendelssohn’s Hebrides Overture culminating with the work they create performed at the Sydney Opera House.

Synergy Percussion
Michael Gordon’s Timber is played by six percussionists on planks of wood. The timber comes from a regular hardware store but each piece is cut to a specific length for pitch and resonance.
